Film Portfolio

A collection of my 35mm and 120 film photographs

Medium Format (120)

Currently my favorite and highest-quality images. These photographs were captured on a 70 year-old film camera. Shooting these pictures has been my most fulfilling and inspiring venture. I am currently building a portfolio of my black and white medium format work as well, which I have developed, scanned, and printed myself.

Full Frame (35mm)

I began shooting 35mm film when my grandfather offered me his old camera, which he rediscovered in his attic. 50 years have passed since he bought that camera, and I still use it today. I consider 35mm film to be my everyday film (used sparingly, of course). My philosophy for 35mm revolves around adventure photography: living my life, maximizing new experiences, always saying yes, and appreciating every moment. These images capture physical morsels of my perspective and convey the essence of each moment in which they were taken through my eyes.

B&W Medium Format

Shot, developed, and scanned by me. Over the past four months, I've spent hours in the darkroom, learning the craft of traditional black and white photography and printing. After exclusively printing, I've started to scan these images, which are displayed below.
